The good news is, we've got you covered! Shamrock's transit protection plan provides you with repair, replacement or reimbursement of a lost or damaged item. It's just one more way for Shamrock to ensure your move is as close to worry-free as it can be!

Valuation coverage rules and guidelines for pricing and liability limits are set and regulated by the Public Utilities Commission. Your move comes with a Basic Valuation Coverage that covers your goods for $.60 per pound per article. The extent of your coverage is based on the weight of each individual item. However, if you want more comprehensive coverage for your goods, you can take out additional protection known as Full Replacement Value coverage. Reimbursement is based on the current market value to repair or replace the item new. If something is damaged during the move, the protection covers your goods to repair any damaged item to its original condition or replace it with a new one. There is no depreciation and no deductible.

Another option is Actual Cash Value, which is based on the depreciated value of your goods. Carefully consider this option before you take it as your goods are depreciated. For example, a television you purchased a few years ago for $1000.00 may be worth only $200.00 today.
